This policy explains how subscriptions, prepaid wallet credits, and per-use AI charges are billed, cancelled, and refunded on GrowStart AI. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

2. Free Plan

GrowStart AI offers a free plan you can use without payment. You can explore the platform and its core tools before deciding to upgrade — no credit card required to start.

3. Pro Subscription — 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid (Pro) plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 5 days of your first payment. We will refund the subscription amount in full. This guarantee applies to your first Pro purchase.

Some AI features (for example, AI images and logo or website generation) are paid from a prepaid wallet that you top up in advance.

6. Per-Use AI Charges

For features charged per use, you are billed only when a usable result is delivered. A charge for a successfully delivered result is non-refundable. If a generation fails, no charge applies.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@growstart.ai from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
