What is GrowStart AI?

GrowStart AI gets Indian local businesses more customers from Google Maps and turns their enquiries into bookings on WhatsApp, all from your phone. It tracks where you rank on Google Maps for the searches customers type near you, plans a month of Google posts around those keywords and answers your reviews. Then a WhatsApp AI answers every enquiry in your voice from your real prices and hours, books the appointment and hands over when a person is needed. Around them: customer capture, a customer pipeline, bookings, GST invoices and a website.

Is there really a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card and no sales call needed. You can also stay on the Free plan afterwards, which keeps 12 of the 13 tools with smaller monthly allowances. Paid plans add more AI usage, the AI website, and WhatsApp auto-reply and campaigns.

Do I need any tech skills?

No. If you can send a WhatsApp message you can use GrowStart AI. Everything is in plain, Hindi-friendly English with simple buttons — no coding, no setup project and no consultant.

Which businesses is it for?

Indian local businesses where customers arrive as messages: salons and spas, clinics and dentists, gyms and studios, restaurants and bakeries, coaching and tuition centres, real estate agents, car garages, pest control, photographers and home services. Does it reply to WhatsApp messages on its own?

Yes. The AI agent answers customer messages 24 hours a day in your business’s voice — quoting your real prices and timings rather than invented ones, saving the customer’s details and booking the appointment. It hands over to you the moment somebody asks for a human, and you can switch it off or approve each reply instead.

Is my customer data safe?

Yes. Your data is stored securely in line with India’s DPDP Act, 2023, and is used only to run the features you switch on. We never sell or share your customer information.

What does it cost if I go over an allowance?

It comes out of a prepaid wallet you top up yourself — ₹10 an image, ₹50 a logo, ₹0.99 a WhatsApp campaign message, ₹0.15 a WhatsApp reply past Meta’s free 1,000 a month if you have set a reply budget, ₹0.58 a rank check. Every price is shown before the action runs, and nothing is ever charged automatically to a card.

How long until it is actually running?

An afternoon, done by you. Replies to customers who message you first start the moment WhatsApp is connected. Campaign messages are WhatsApp templates that Meta approves — usually the same day, occasionally longer — and each campaign starts sending when its template is approved. We tell you the moment it is.

Will WhatsApp replies cost me money now?

From 1 October 2026, Meta charges businesses for WhatsApp replies once a number goes past 1,000 in a month. GrowStart AI stops at the free 1,000 by default, so nothing is charged unless you choose to set a monthly reply budget; then each reply past 1,000 costs ₹0.15 and it stops at your limit. It also keeps the count down by not replying to “ok”, “thanks”, emojis or the same message twice.
