Going over an allowance never stops the app. Extra use comes out of a prepaid wallet you top up yourself, at these prices, and every price shows before the action runs.

Wallet top-ups start at ₹500. 18% GST is added to the amount you top up, the whole amount lands in your wallet with a GST invoice, and credits never expire. Top-ups open once you are on a plan. Nothing is ever charged to a card automatically.
What changed for WhatsApp on 1 October 2026.
Messages your customers send you are free. Meta now charges for a business’s replies past the first 1,000 a month on each number, and for booking confirmations and reminders sent while a chat is open. The WhatsApp prices above are what those messages cost on GrowStart AI.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free costs ₹0 and keeps 200 AI calls, 5 AI images, 1 AI logo and 4 Google Maps rank checks a month, 3 tracked keywords, and up to 5 customers and 5 bookings. It has no AI website, and WhatsApp auto-reply and campaigns need Growth.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose Growth or Pro. Nothing is charged: the trial never asks for a card.
Do the prices include GST?
Plan prices do. Growth is ₹2,699 and Pro ₹4,799 a month in total, and the GST invoice shows the tax inside that amount. A wallet top-up works the other way: 18% GST is added to the amount you top up, so the full amount you chose lands in your wallet.
Is there a contract or automatic renewal?
No. Each plan is a single one-month payment. There is no 3-month or yearly commitment, and nothing renews automatically.
What if I use more than my plan includes?
The app keeps working. Extra use comes out of your prepaid wallet at the prices on this page, each shown before it runs, and nothing is charged to a card automatically.
Do I pay for WhatsApp messages my customers send?
No. Messages your customers send you are free. Meta charges for a business’s replies past 1,000 a month per number, and GrowStart AI charges ₹0.15 for each of those replies, only if you set a reply budget.
