Can I approve replies before they go live?
Yes. Assisted mode drafts the reply and waits for you. Autopilot only posts by itself if you turn it on.
Is asking customers for reviews allowed?
Asking customers for an honest review is fine. Offering an incentive for a positive one is not, and GrowStart does not do that.
What if I get a bad review?
It is drafted like any other, answering the complaint calmly. A poor review answered well reads better to future customers than one left in silence.
