WhatsApp campaigns · AI marketerA marketer that never forgets a festival, a birthday or a quiet customer.

Eighteen campaigns, written for your business and sent over WhatsApp with a branded banner. Eleven run on their own once you switch them on — from a new enquiry, a missed call, a sale, a due payment, a birthday, a customer who has not been back. Seven wait for you: two go on a date you name, five when you press send. Nothing goes past the monthly ceiling you set.

What you get

The message, the picture and the people — drafted together.

Marketing stalls for small businesses at the blank page. You know a festival offer would work, but writing it, designing something and deciding who to send it to is an afternoon you do not have.

Written for your business

The message comes from your trade, your services and your tone, so it does not read like a template you have to rewrite.

Ready-made, or AI-written for you

A banner that fits the occasion

A branded picture made for the offer — a Diwali campaign gets a Diwali banner, in your colours, with the discount as the biggest thing in the frame.

Or upload your own photo

Sent to the right group

Customers are grouped by how they behaved — recent, lapsed, repeat — or several groups at once, sized exactly before you send.

Groups, never named people

What actually happened

Delivered, read and replied, per campaign, from WhatsApp's own receipts — so you learn which messages your customers respond to.

The eighteen

Eleven run on their own. Seven wait for you.

Eleven of them fire from what happens in your business — switch one on and you are done. The other seven wait for something only you know: the festival you are marking, the offer you are running. (Separately, the app bills them on two tabs — eight System, ten Marketing — which is about the money, not about who presses send.)

Runs on its own

From what happens in your business.

  • Lead Conversion, Missed Call Rescue, Quiet Enquiries, Appointment Reminder, Repeat Sale, Payment Reminder, Review Boost, Sale Confirmation, Payment Received, Win-back, and Birthday & Anniversary
  • Each fires from an event — an enquiry, a call nobody answered, a sale, a due payment, a birthday — never from a list you maintain
  • Each has a cooldown so the same customer is never messaged too often, plus a 7-day gap across all marketing

You pick the day

Festivals, offers, events, invitations.

  • Festival Greetings and Event or Camp Invite go on a date you name; Discount Offer, New Arrival, Back in Stock, Bring a Friend and Package or Membership go when you press send
  • You type the offer and the date — the app will not invent a discount for you — and the message and banner are drafted around them
  • A festival offer aims two weeks out and bends to the date

What actually happened

Per campaign, from WhatsApp's receipts.

  • Delivered, read and replied for every campaign — if Meta says a message was not delivered, that is what you see
  • A held-back message says why in plain words, not an error code
  • One monthly ceiling in rupees; when it is reached the campaigns pause. They never rewrite themselves to fit

The rules it keeps

What you control, and what it never does.

One ceiling in rupees, per monthWhen it is reached the campaigns pause. They never rewrite themselves to fit, and they never overspend.
Groups, never named peopleA campaign reaches customers by behaviour. To message one particular person, Broadcast is the tool — and it is separate on purpose.
Every campaign is a draft firstYou see the exact message and banner that will go to Meta before it is submitted. What you approve is what customers receive.
STOP actually stopsA customer who replies STOP is removed from every campaign immediately.

Where the desks meet.

The marketer works from what the other two desks record.

Customers

Tells it who

New enquiries, quiet ones, missed calls, customers whose next visit is due — the pipeline is the audience.

Marketing

Writes and sends

Message, banner and group drafted together; eleven fire on their own from your day's events, seven go when you name the day or press send.

Sales

Closes the loop

Sale Confirmation sends the receipt, Payment Reminder chases what is owed, Payment Received says thank you — from the sale you recorded.

Do it yourself

Running within a day.

No onboarding call. No implementation project. No consultant.

5 MIN

Switch a campaign on

Pick a ready-made message or let the AI write one for your business. You read it before anything is submitted.

SAME DAY, USUALLY

Meta approves the template

Every WhatsApp campaign message is a template Meta reviews. Occasionally it takes longer; the card says “Waiting for WhatsApp” until it is through.

FROM THEN

It runs

Eleven campaigns fire from your day's events. The other seven go on the date you name, or when you press send, to the group you chose.

If a campaign is on but cannot send, the card says why — no message chosen, waiting for approval, rejected, or not enough wallet balance for everyone due. It never fails in silence.

Questions

Questions, answered

How long until it is actually sending?

Switching a campaign on takes minutes. The message then goes to Meta as a WhatsApp template, and sending starts when it is approved — usually the same day. Replies to customers who message you first do not need a template and start immediately.

Will the messages sound like a robot wrote them?

They are written from your business type, services and tone rather than a generic template, and you can edit any of it before it sends.

Can it spend more than I meant?

No. You set one monthly ceiling in rupees. When it is reached, sending pauses until next month or until you raise it. Every paid send also draws from a prepaid wallet you top up yourself.

Who receives the campaigns?

Customers in your own contact list who have not opted out, grouped by behaviour. Anyone who replies STOP is removed automatically — and STOP actually stops.

Do I need to design anything?

No. A branded banner is generated for the campaign and shown to you before you approve it. If you would rather use your own photo, you can upload one instead.
